I am Gregory McFarland, founder of ClinicalGTM. My career spans more than 25 years across Dictaphone, Nuance, and Microsoft, with experience in clinical documentation, sales engineering, and technical and commercial leadership.
I built ClinicalGTM to work directly with clinics and health-related small businesses that want practical help putting AI to work. My approach starts with the people doing the job: what they need, what gets in their way, and what a useful solution must accomplish.
Forward-deployed delivery means staying involved from discovery through implementation and adoption. We define the work together, establish responsibilities, and measure the result of the workflow we deploy.
ClinicalGTM is based in Merritt Island, Florida. The initial local focus is Brevard County, with nearby on-site engagements available by arrangement.
