SolutionsWorkflow and knowledge agents

Give repetitive work a defined next step.

We build workflow agents around specific jobs your team needs done: finding approved procedures, organizing information, preparing a document, or coordinating a task across people and systems.

An agent should have a clear purpose, the right information, and limits on what it can do. ClinicalGTM defines those boundaries with you and builds in a way for staff to review work and handle exceptions.

Examples we can scope

  1. A staff assistant that answers questions using approved operating procedures.
  2. A document workflow that prepares information for a review queue.
  3. A referral-preparation process with an assigned staff follow-up.
  4. A structured questionnaire that collects agreed information for review.
  5. A task workspace that shows what is waiting, who owns it, and what happens next.

Connected to the work—not left on its own.

We assess the systems an agent needs to use, the permissions it requires, and the points where a person should approve the next action. The engagement includes testing, staff training, and an operating plan.

Questions

What does “forward-deployed” mean?

We work alongside your team to understand the process, build the solution, introduce it into daily work, and establish ongoing support. On-site and remote work are arranged around the engagement.

How do you measure whether the work is useful?

We agree on a baseline and a small set of workflow measures, such as review time, completed handoffs, rework, or unresolved tasks. We review the result with your team and distinguish time released from actual financial savings.

What happens after launch?

We establish a support arrangement or a documented operating handoff. Monitoring, support hours, changes, and ongoing costs are defined in the engagement.

Which part of the work needs to work better?

Bring one recurring problem to a no-cost introductory consultation. We will discuss your current process and whether a focused AI engagement makes sense.
